With over 13 years of experience, Chris, who is a certified personal trainer and IFBB Pro Bodybuilder competitor. He has always had a passion for motivating others to become the best versions of themselves. He knows that accountability and encouragement is a key factor in maintaining a fitness regimen. He strongly believes if you feel good, look good, you do good.
The mantra behind Press Beyond is to help others going through or have gone through physical challenges; helping preserve through their challenges and focusing on not only physical, but internal transformation of the mind and body.

Purpose of Press Beyond training program
The purpose of this customized training is to provide coaching and training that will motivate and inspire anyone from staff employees to students to press beyond bullying, negative thoughts, stereotypes, and any limitations they put on themselves. We believe in encouragement and presenting practical options to become the best healthy version of themselves by maintaining a fitness regimen. By being a service to the community, our goal is to implement ways to channel and relief stress and negative thoughts, and focus on personal development and living a healthier lifestyle.
